More Than Events. An Ecosystem.
New York Eats Here is a citywide movement to reclaim authentic food culture from the algorithm.

For 10 years, MASC Hospitality Group proved the model, building $50M in economic impact by centering community over commerce and vendors over celebrities.

Now we're scaling that blueprint across New York City.
New York Eats Here will be:
-
Vendor-first – Built to launch and scale food businesses
-
Neighborhood-rooted – Authentic to each community, not corporate-curated
-
Anti-algorithm – Success measured in sales, not likes
-
Expansion-ready – NYC foundation for national rollout in 2027
-
This is New York's food culture. Unfiltered. By the people who cook it.

The First New York Eats Here Cultural Series
New York Eats Here isn't just a vision, it's happening now.
Harlem Summer Nights is the first live expression of the ecosystem. Launching summer 2026, it replaces and elevates our flagship Uptown Night Market with the New York Eats Here model: vendor-first, neighborhood-rooted, and built for scale.

This is what the future looks like unfiltered food culture, authentic community, and economic impact in one of NYC's most vibrant neighborhoods. And it's just the beginning.
Harlem, USA
Dates: Summer 2026
Vendors: 70 vendors from across NYC
Harlem Now. NYC in 2026. National in 2027
We're launching the New York Eats Here ecosystem with Harlem Summer Nights; our newest flagship, replacing Uptown Night Market.

From there, we expand across NYC neighborhoods throughout 2025, proving the ecosystem works at a citywide scale.
In 2027, we take it national: Miami, LA, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta. But first? We own Harlem. Then we own New York.
Why We're Different

No Algorithms
We don't care about followers or trends. We care about food that's actually good and vendors who show up. The algorithm can't taste.

No Influencers
No celebrity chefs or paid promoters. Just honest food entrepreneurs building real businesses, the kind who make culture, not content.

No Bullshit
What you see is what you get. No overpriced 'experiences.' Just authentic vendors, fair prices, and culture that matters.

A Message from Marco
For 10 years, I've watched food culture get hijacked by algorithms and influencers who don't care about community.
I built Bronx Night Market to prove there was another way—where vendors build wealth, neighborhoods own their culture, and authenticity isn't a marketing term.
New York Eats Here is that vision at a citywide scale. We're starting with Harlem Summer Nights because Harlem deserves a flagship cultural event built on our community-first model. This is where we prove the ecosystem works before taking it national in 2027.
No algorithms. No influencers. No bullshit.
