Welcome to the 2025 Night Markets Vendor Application!

Thank you for your interest in joining our Bronx Night Market and Uptown Night Market. These are monthly community events, and we are committed to curating an exceptional lineup of vendors to create vibrant and unforgettable experiences. Space is limited, and vendor opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis from qualified applicants.


Please complete this application with as much detail as possible. All applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be selected based on product quality, diversity, and alignment with our market themes. Once selected, you’ll be invited to a 20-30 minute Zoom call to discuss your business and event opportunities in detail. Accepted vendors will then receive information about available dates and locations, including:


Bronx Night Market: Fordham Plaza, Grand Concourse, Coop City

Uptown Night Market: West Harlem

  • Important Note: We're not currently accepting food trucks for our Harlem dates.


Vendor Requirements:


  • A $50 non-refundable application fee is required with your application.

  • Once approved, vendors will be asked to pay a $100 marketing fee, which includes promotion across our social media channels, featuring your business with your marketing materials and live content from the markets.

  • We are seeking vendors with a self-sufficient setup, meaning you must bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and power equipment for cooking purposes. Further equipment requirements will be sent once a vendor is approved, and please note that equipment rentals are available from a limited supply.
