Welcome to the 2025 NY Latin Food Fest Vendor Application!

New York, NY – It’s Official! Following a wildly successful launch in 2024 that brought together over 30,000 attendees, 60+ vendors, dozens of artists, and unforgettable musical and cultural experiences, the NY Latin Food Fest is set to make an even bolder comeback in 2025.  Thank you for your interest in being a part of the New York Latin Food Fest! We’re excited to celebrate Latin flavors, culture, and community with some of the best food vendors New York has to offer. Dates: September 20-21, 2025  Location: Hudson River Park, Pier 76 Festival Hours: 12 PM to 7PM

  • Vendor Requirements:

    1. We are currently only accepting applications from vendors who can commit to both days of the festival.

    2. A $50 non-refundable processing fee is required with your application.

    3. If you are paying the full price, you receive a 10% off the full fee.

    4. A $350 deposit will be required to secure your spot. This deposit will go toward your final booth fee and is non-refundable. With an option to spit the balance in 4 via ACH payments. 

    5. All applicants also receive 6 months Free Street Eats Foundation membership.
